- Large handful spinach
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/4 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 banana
- Small piece of fresh ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- Stevia (optional)
- 1 Scoop high quality protein powder (optional)
- 1 cup coconut or almond milk or cold water.
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add water if needed.
